Attainable Homeownership

We’re dedicated to making homeownership achievable for everyone. Our programs offer homes priced below comparable market rates, ensuring affordability without sacrificing quality or design.

We manage initiatives subsidized by developers or supported through partnerships with government programs like BC Housing whenever possible. By focusing on accessibility and affordability, we empower local residents and businesses to invest in their futures and strengthen their communities.

Key benefits of our attainable homeownership program include:

  • Fair and Accessible Pricing: Homes below market rates, offering exceptional value.

  • Prioritizing Locals: Housing opportunities tailored for residents who live and work in the community, fostering stability and connection.

  • Supporting Local Businesses: Employee housing close to work helps businesses retain talent and boosts the local economy.

  • Comprehensive Support: Guidance through every step of the home-buying process ensures a smooth path to ownership.

At ERIF Housing Association, homeownership isn’t just a dream—it’s an attainable reality. Together, we’re building communities where people can thrive and plan for a brighter future.
